We had a layover for 14 hours and this hotel was right next to airport. Although we took the time to visit The Great Wall we did rest for like 2 hours and had room service for dinner. Really nice hotel.

It’s a very pleasant experience with Hilton Beijing Capital Airport! First we received warm welcome from 武海 (Harry) - Assistant Director of Sales after we arrived yesterday. He was first helping us to do the checking even though the front desk desk employee had been politely doing it, he later personally assisted us to the room and tirelessly advised some of the nice restaurants with good value. Today 付亞靜 (Yvonne) really surprised me by her enthusiasm. Without being asked by me, she noticed me from distance that I might have a question. Proactively she approached me and offered some help to find a restaurant we wanted to go. She even arranged the taxi to take us there. This is a quality hotel we haven’t stayed in for a long time. Harry and Yvonne sure are asset to your organization. I’m impressed!
