The hotel itself is nice and the staff responsive. The morning breakfast crew did a good job with the food. You can plan on not taking a shower around 6:30 A.M. due to an apparent lack of water. On the weekend, you will need some ear protection until around midnight when the local bands stop playing. You might check around to see how the competition is rated in the area before you book here.

Is located in front of the beach. The breakfast is very basic and simple. The staff is nice. The service of cleaning is ok, but the hours that is made are very late

Beach Hotel

I visit Brazil once a year. And i pretty know Joao Pessoa and all locations pretty well. But if there is a hotel where i always stay . This is the ONE . Amenities are pretty good and is located next to the Best beach . Its is not Tambau neither Cabo Branco. Its called INTERMARES beach. Full of coconut trees where you can find half gallon of cold coconut water for only 2,5 dollars . Its a 2,5 walking miles from Ponta de Campina beach and 3 miles away you can get a boat to a sand island called Areia Vermelha. The hotel is located across the beach .Beautiful sunrises . The breakfast is extremely good . You can have tapioca sandwiches made by order. The staff is extremely cordial and helpful. The only downside is the pool. Closed just after 8:00 pm and need to be a little more taken care off there is no filters working during the day turning the water funny. Overall will be back for sure.

Restaurant on site was good. Location for us was great. We stayed there while in town for a wedding. Clean and staff were accommodating.

It could have being an excellent stay except for some of the noises, like the neighbour's rooster, and the bar next door. The rooster would start his singing early in the morning. My last night stay, the bar next door was having a party and the music was very very loud until 330am or so and when I thought the bang bang of the music had stopped the rooster started his show. Great breakfast, nice customer service, very good facilities, but the outside noise wasn't very pleasant.

O hotel é de frente à praia, o atendimento dos recepcionistas é ótimo, o cafe da manhã também corresponde, mas, as áreas comuns e o quarto pedem uma manutenção. Achei um absurdo o banheiro da área da piscina, único que atende a recepção não ter papel higiênico, estar sem toalha e com a descarga quebrada. No quarto, as paredes eram sujas e a cama era de MOLA algo que nem sabia que ainda existia, me deixou com dores no segundo dia. A economia não compensou

Café da manhã bom,hotel limpo e organizado,localização boa,a praia de frente ao hotel muito boa para banho. Só deveria colocar aquecedor na piscina,água muito fria o sol não bate nela,já me hospedei três vezes e não entro na piscina por ser muito fria,um aquecedor cairia muito bem

Hotel não entrega o que promete!

Infelizmente o hotel apresenta muitos problemas, a começar pelo check in, mesmo chegando após o horário determinado para check in, os quartos não estão prontos e nos obrigam a esperar por longos minutos, o que faz com que a recepção fique lotadíssima, outro ponto é o fato de não não ter elevador na maior parte do hotel e isso não ser sequer mencionado na reserva, ficar no segundo ou terceiro andar sem elevador quando a propriedade afirma ter na reserva é mais que desrespeito ao consumidor , é propaganda enganosa. Com relação ao estacionamento, também não é avisado que são pouquíssimas vagas em um local apertado e que a vaga depende da lotação, ou seja, se sair para jantar, ficará sem vaga…O quarto tem um cheiro forte de mofo, o ar condicionado pingando sobre a cama, há frigobar, mas no hotel não vende nem ao menos água, ou seja, se sua água acabar tarde da noite, não tem sequer como comprar água para tomar um remédio, somado a isso temos um café da manhã com pouquíssimas variedades e que não são repostas conforme vão acabando!

Hotel sem elevador, mas anunciado como se tivesse!

Hotel vende as diárias como se tivesse elevador no estabelecimento, porém só um lado do hotel o possui. Ficamos no segundo andar de escadas , sendo que em momento algum antes do check in nós foi informado.Alem disso, muitos problemas no quarto como pia entupida todos os dias, chuveiro que não esquenta direito, as toalhas não são trocadas diariamente e o café da manhã é muitíssimo fraco! Pelo preço da diária há opções muito melhores com muito mais conforto
