This hotel is very run down and dirty. The only elevator they have was broken, the toilet in our room didn’t flush, and the sink would not drain. I did not want to take a shower because of how dirty it looked. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone around you. This place also desperately needs a renovation. The parking lot and area around the hotel are very sketchy as well. The only good thing about this place was the front desk staff was friendly.

The bathroom was incredibly dirty. The tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Toilet did not flush. There were stains on the bed and pillows. There was leftover food in the fridge. Bed was uncomfortable. The only positive was the TV working.

Very old and unique hotel. Rooms were clean. A little dated. But I guess they’re getting ready to start renovations. Staff was super friendly. Met all of our needs for a weekend trip.

The only things good about this place is the free parking and the location. The room is the most dingy and nasty place I have ever stayed. Everything about this place is low quality. They make motel 6 look like a 5 star hotel. The elevator was broken the entire time were there. Not one maintenance person came to attempt to fix it. The "breakfast" they offer is such a joke. It is just stale bread and bagels. The room is again low quality. There were stains all over the bed and pillows. Every wash cloth and towel had either stains or hair embedded in them. Same for the the new ones we requested. The bathroom and shower were gross. The bed is hard as a rock. The room has a very musty smell and it was because the bathroom was leaking water into the carpet. Front desk claimed that they didn't know about it but if you did a regular walk through of the rooms like hospitality is suppose to, you would know. Also how did house keeping not say a word?! The guest they cater to are very sus. Almost every guest I encountered seemed to be on drugs. It did not feel safe to stay there but we had no other option. They even let a homeless man unpack all of his smelly possession out on the lobby floor. Overall clientele makes you feel like you need to check your pockets to make sure your wallet is still there. When you call the front desk for something they make you come down and get it which is not standard hotel service, just plain laziness.If you have any morsel of standards don't stay here!

Wait until they renovate

The Seville Plaza Hotel is in desperate need of repairs and updates. We had issues with the toilet flushing and when we called the front desk, were offered a downgraded room. All the fixtures in the room are old and worn, there was a lack of caulking in the shower/tub combo and it looked like it was moldy, the carpet had stains. They are planning to complete a renovation soon, but we will not be staying this hotel again.

The room was one of the worst rooms I've experienced in over 20 years. The bathroom sink was dirty, the towel rack was bent, the shower/bathtub was worn down with aging caulk, and the bathroom had no toilet paper upon check-in The furniture in the bedroom was worn down with splintering wood on the corners, discolored surfaces and a tiny alarm clock that was blinking "12:00". The staff was great and the lobby was nice and the location was conveniently located in walking distance to shops, bars, Starbucks and restaurants. Overall the room resembled a cheap roadside motel and I was extremely shocked that this hotel was affiliated with Wyndham.

Bathroom was dirty under the vanity was dust on the front was old tooh paste and filth. Place smelled horrible of Marijuana. Definitely will not be back.
