Hotel property is very nice, with great staff. Shared parking, despite a "private" lot, is shared by with a nightclub and our Friday/Saturday evening parking was very constrained.

We loved our 2 night stay here. It’s an easy walk to a bunch of stuff to do in Westport. We saw a concert at the warehouse on Broadway and were able to walk there and back without any trouble. The hotel is very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, the decor had a good vibe. We know we had some loud kids next door to us.. but could never hear them while inside our room, so it must be well insulated! The shower was hot and had good pressure. We will be back to stay again!

We had to switch rooms to a king because they tried giving us a room with two queens, our curtains didn’t work (automatic) so we had to see out our entire trip, and there was no to limited parking at all times. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was fantastic and newly remodeled, the lobby had an interesting food smell, but other than that is was a fantastic price for a Westport central property with it's own parking lot.

Several items in the room did not work. We were unable to take a bath as the shower/faucet release did not work. The shade could not be pulled down. The lights at the desk were not working and upon us moving the equipment we were able to get them working. No coffee maker, no microwave. Think they need to consider evaluating all rooms for working condition

This was an great stay. Sherral at the front desk was kind and knowledgeable. The staff was present and kept the grounds clean. The location is in a nice area with everything you need within walking distance.

Easy check in, friendly staff. Parking on a weekend was difficult bc lot is shared with area businesses and there was a tailgating event. I utilized the basement gym, which was great bc the area wasn't ideal for running or jogging at night. The hotel has been remodeled in the Hilton style, but remains very dark and dated. My room needed at least 3 more light fixtures if you wanted to work or read.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Nice sheets and different densities of pillows which was great. No bottled water free in rooms. There was a bar next door that attracted lots of young people outside in the parking area at night. I found a wire tool to unlock car doors lying on the parking lot. Not sure it was the safest place at night. There are only 2 elevators for this 6 floor hotel. In the mornings, you do have to wait for the elevator quite a bit because even the cleaning crew uses these elevators with their carts. No coffee makers in the rooms at all. There was a coffee dispenser in the lobby just on the last day that I stayed there. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

Lacking Basic Comforts

The Westport hotel provides clean, but spartan accomodations. The room does not have a microwave or coffee pot, there is no free breakfast, and the parking lot is shared with a rowdy bar.
