Not happy

I booked here with group of friends specifically so we could get double beds. When we arrived we were told they were out of double beds but the King suites had a pullout couch. 1)Sleeping on a pull out sucks 2) I'm not paying $200 a night to make my own bed. They did offer to move us across the street, but since we didn't have a car that wasn't viable. They should have contacted us in advance.
