Modern, cool looking hotel & room

Very modern looking, cool looking lobby and room. Was disappointed when we arrived to see the bar wasnt open. We didnt like that there wasnt a door to the bathroom. You cant see in the shower or toilet stall, but it’s hard to change clothes discreetly with no door (especially with a mirror opposite that bathroom area). Our toilet paper holder was broken off with paper just sitting on the tank. Not a big deal, just wanted to note it was that way when we arrived.

Neighbors jammed music till 3 am even though we called 3 times to front desk to ask them to be quiet. When we finally went to sleep woke up cockroach on bathroom counter. At 7:30 am I asked staff if we could move rooms and there were none available. Asked for room to be clean and at 4:20 pm still not cleaned. I asked for clean linens and towels and still nothing.

Not a good stay

the first room I was assigned had no hot water in the bathroom sink. the second room I was assigned had to working a/c. The 3rd room was OK, but the bathroom sink was draining very slow. That drain was fixed while I was out. I have never had a problem with this hotel until now. The front desk ladies only changed my room. Offered no other help or even appeared to be too concerned about my issues. I would like some compensation for all the hardship.

Hotel is ok. Bed is not comfortable. Elevator situation is strange. Have to go on the back side in order to use the Elevator. Front desk clerks are disconnected from the job. Ask for things that I never received. Trash can out side the hotel is running over. Not a good look. Please get the little things right. They matter to people who are spending their money for an nice place to stay.

The property overall is mediocre. The lobby give a false narrative of what your stay will be as the rooms & the hallways look nothing as nice as the lobby. Very outdated, smelled & ran down.

Meh

Great for a single night stay. Anymore than that go somewhere else. Uncomfortable beds, dirty floors, moldy bathrooms and paper thin walls. I could hear the man snoring in the room next door along with every conversation he had. The building also smells very perfumy, like they are trying to cover up the smell of mold.
