Easy check-in. Room was fantastic - clean and comfortable. Had breakfast with my stay; the little butter croissants are the best I've ever had. I could eat that and the roasted potatoes all day. Just as important, was able to charge all my devices with a wall USB port - very important if you forget to bring the international plug adapter with you for your American devices...

Our second stay here for surgery at Nord Clinic. The staff always happy to freeze and replenish your gel packs. The location is extremely good....walk out the back door to the Lesves Aleja with restaurants and shops. Would come again.

Stay well away from the family room!

The family room was tiny with very little space, cramped and not acceptable for the price I paid. However the hotel did move us to a suite at additional cost which was much more comfortable.

Perfect hotel.

Great hotel, booked a family room and was suprised how it came with 2 serperate rooms with bunk beds in one side and a king bed in another. Sauna was downstairs and used it for 30 mins at 8pm and had it all to myself. The propery was really clean and staff were friendly. Location is only a 2 min walk to cenral bars and shops

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel, very central and decorated to a high standard. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the breakfast area - it’s very small and every day I felt crammed in. Other than that, a very enjoyable stay.

It's a good clean hotel almost in the centre of the Kaunas, but my mood was spoiled, when the staff gave me a key that can't open the door of my room. I have to go back with my luggage and re-programmed keys. No assistance with luggage or any other compensation from staff has been offered. Room was clean with a nice size of TV and lighting. Conditioner works and I can regulate t* in the room. For positive filling I can add that you can use the sauna for free, however more information was not available at reception - staff told they never have been there (funny). Never mind, I found it by myself only because I read it on a website before booking. Generally it's a good hotel, but I didn't feel care except for technical issues/ paper work that were done perfectly.
