The property is well kept. Although it were somtime annoying, but was so necessary is the verification of who is entering the casino area by checking your identification for each entry. This process not only keeps under age people from entering, it also provides some sense of comfort knowing they have properly identified who is there. Lastly, the rooms are nice and clean. I did not have much of a view, however, we were satisfied with our stay. Suggestion, the room should have a microwave, we had leftovers from one of the restaurants, but had no way of heating our food, which we had no choice but to discard it. Otherwise, thank you for a great experience. The property is well kept. The staff was amazing and thats where it stopped. Room was ok except for no hot water, water leaking and running down the wall all over the floor, wet carpet, tile extremely slippery. The Steakhouse restaurant served horrible food. Service again was great, steaks horrible and extremely horrible for the price. The ceaser salad was the worst we ever had. Not a highend restaurant. Only thing i can say good is the staff was very kind and attentive. Would absolutely NOT stay there again.

There are 2 hotels at this chain in Nola. One is Harrah’s another one is Cesar. They did not specify Harrah’s Hotel in the reservation until you show up and find out. That is kind of misleading the Customer. I would not stay in this hotel again if I ever visit New Orleans.
