We had zero hot water when we arrived. Told the staff, who said they’d be there in two minutes, and didn’t show up. We called them back and they then told us to wait again. They eventually came 25 minutes after the initial phone call and told us the boiler was broken and that there was nothing they could do about it. They did not offer any compensation, even when we asked for a discount. They couldn’t provide us with another room bc they were sold out. We felt unsafe bc they didn’t know what was wrong with the boiler, couldn’t tell us if it was turned off, if it was gas or electric, and didn’t have a carbon monoxide detector. We ended up having to leave at 10:45 at night bc we felt unsafe, didn’t have any hot water for a shower, and the staff couldn’t resolve our concerns. When asked for a refund they refused. Do not stay here.
