Very good

We were given a room for a less abled person. The room was exceptional but the bathroom had a blocked drain and so we had concerns with it's cleanliness.
Really friendly and helpful staff.
The bed was super comfortable, the shower excellent.
The double glazing really helped dull the sound of the church clock that chimes every 15 minutes, so we couldn't sleep with the windows open, which we would have done usually. Great location.
Excellent clean large rooms with amenities, Bed was comfortable, Dinner and breakfast at the on-site restaurant was exceptional.
Large parking space in front of the hotel made it very convenient.
I only booked for one night as a stop over for a longer journey North but would not have been disappointed if we had been here for longer. Fantastic food for both dinner and breakfast, staff friendly and helpful and clean and comfortable rooms. Fantastic location with Loch views. Very dog friendly with treats and bowls provided in the room. Luna loved her doggy sausage breakfast. Would stay here again.

After a long drive we had an incredible welcome from Jess..she really went above and beyond to make our stay the best experience we have had in a hotel!
We felt she was very professional and we were blown away with her kindness. The restaurant staff were lovely too..our stay felt homely and was always a lovely atmosphere.
Have stayed here frequently good nights sleep and good breakfast

Nice stay
We were in room 1, wheelchair accessible with walk in wet room, the wet room had blackness around the tiles and plug area, needs bleached and there is no fan to get rid of the steam, but room was nice, huge bed, comfortable and all staff were so nice. Bar area was lovely and we had a fantastic breakfast next morning.

Beds were so uncomfortable, we paid for 4 nights and left after 2. Food was good especially the breakfast, drinks were costly particularly the wine.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A comfortable double bed. Facilities were basic in the room. Tea and coffee, but no water. The toilet would not flush properly. We arrived on a Thursday evening and could only eat in the bar area as the main dining room was closed.
Breakfast was fairly good, but my partner's cooked breakfast on the Friday was overcooked.
On the Saturday evening, in the bar, I asked for a pot of tea, Earl Grey, but was told that they don't have it. I asked for coffee but was told that the coffee machine was broken.
It is a lovely building next to the Loch but felt they could maybe have some books and board games/card games for the evening.
Maybe by increasing the cost of staying here, improvements could be made.
