Good location and clean. WiFi was not reliable at all. I had urgent business work to complete and had to use my phone’s hotspot. The tub faucet was dripping through our stay. We were offered a room, but on the second floor. We declined since we had already settled in. Please ensure that the WiFi is updated and the faucet is fixed.

This is a very good option, property is clean and staff was very helpful and professional the swimming pool has potential but needs attention the tiles around the pool was extremely dirty and disgusting but other than that I enjoy my time at the location (will not go to the pool, unless they correct the situation) I will come back and recommend this place anytime

The ceiling in the bathroom had great big stains on it and the upholstery on the chair was torn. When checking out, i was waiting with about 6 other guests for the desk clerk to return - there was a sign up saying they would ne right back. After about 10 minutes, i tried calling the hotel to ask them to send someone but no one answered. I finally got a text with a link to check out so I checked out that way. Terrible place.

It can be better. I was assigned to a room where a sharp object was sticking out beneath the mattress, I couldve got hurt. This is very unusual for an object to stick out and its not fitted well.

Stay far away from this place

My daughter was taking a very important test the next morning so we decided to stay as close as possible so we wouldn’t have to drive 2 hours in the morning . We stayed at Howard Johnson’s Saugerties. It was a nightmare , someone directly across our room was kicking and banging the door for 15-20 minutes . I called front desk no answer . Hour later it happened again , my daughter was startled awake because it was going on 11 and she was already asleep . Banging and yelling for over 1/2 hour . I text the number that the hotel texts you from and asks if you need anything . Response was there’s no one to help right now . I am so disgusted with this place .
