OK overall

What we enjoyed the most was the sauna, pool (although they don't do heated jacuzzi). The room was OK. Not too fancy for paying $100 a day. Housekeeping was present for both days. The staff are not very welcoming or friendly. Especially, there is a guy (I believe he may be in a managerial position) who is not nice. There were different information given to us that if we go to the wellness centre then check-in at the front desk for a robe and towels. HE did not give us a robe, telling us that we had to use the one from our room while other ladies at the front desk gave us a whole set in the beginning. There were no consistency. Breakfast buffet had a nice spread. Overall, they could improve on the staff manor and consistency in customer service.

Park Hotel

Great hotel with lots of activities, we had a fantastic time. Disappointed there were no tea / coffee facilities in the room though. The free breakfast was really good too and with a large selection. You definitely won't be disappointed with this hotel, highly recommended

It was really a wonderful place, but there was a water main break on the day of our arrival and we didn’t have water for 24 hours. They were able to provide a wonderful breakfast despite having no running water. The last day of our stay they began renovations which prevented us from using the pool and gym. They gave us a partial refund for the last night, but nothing for the first night.

Lovely sauna and swimming pool

Enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Fabulous. But restaurant disappointed!! Ordered soup which gave my partner and me lose motions. Pointed it out to the front desk staff but complaint was minimised by statement that everything in restaurant is fresh and clean. I don't believe. There was no other reason for me and my partner to suffer from loose motions few hours after eating the same soup!

Very nice hotel in the country 20 min from Prague

The hotel and staff were excellent. The food and service at the bars and restaurant was also excellent. The only negative thing I can say is don't have them do your laundry it costs more to get your laundry cleaned than a gourmet meal for 4 with drinks at the restaurant.

Beautiful place

Beautiful hotel, spacious, clean with very friendly staff. The rooms are very comfortable, with a large bathroom and a nice terrace. Breakfast was great. Very tasty food in the restaurant. There is a lovely pool, sauna and also bowling. Parking available at reasonable price. My Husband and I had a great time at the hotel.

Luxury, tranquil stay with great value

I chose this hotel originally since it would be out of the hustle bustle of Prague and we were so pleased with the tranquil location. We did rent a car so we could easily explore the larger Prague area, but you can get to this hotel by buss. In fact, while it takes @ 20 minutes to get to the Old Town from the hotel, one of our Prague tours would have picked us up at the Park Holiday Hotel! David at the desk was great, very informative. We used the pool, hot tub and spa daily and the breakfast was also first class.

Stop over at spa hotel.

Lovely hotel, very modern. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great. We used it as a stop over during a long European drive, close to motorway network meaning we didn't have to detour from our route. There's a lovely spa, pool and also bowling. Only downside is lots of the other guests smoke, so had to keep patio doors closed. Overall for our purposes it was ideal and at a great price.

Escape the masses and spa youself

Hotel is 20 km from town, ride was swift. Gym and swimming and sport installations are comfortable. Room amenities on the low side, beds soft but firm, cool terrace

Fantastic hotel. Amazing restaurant

We had great time at this hotel. It also has an amazing restaurant! The only problem was the bed for the kids (2.5 years). We had to put them to sleep on a matresse on the floor.

Great base for exploring Central Bohemia

This is a new, spacious, clean hotel, with fantastic buffet breakfast. The rooms are ridiculously big: the bathroom in my suite was the size of the bedroom in my apartment in California. The only downside is the location: it's not convenient to central Prague and you'll need a car to go anywhere. The hotel, however, makes a great base for day trips to tourist attractions around Prague: Karlštejn, Konopiště, Křivoklát, etc. It's also close to the shopping centers in Čestlice and Chodov and the Aquapalace water park.

The Good, the Bad, and the Green

Our stay here was good and bad. On the good side, it was quiet, great sauna and pool, really excellent food in the restuarant, lovely gym and bowling facilities and nicely kept with lots of natural woods and energy efficient ideas like automatic sun blinds (it was built in 2007). The choice and price of the therapies and massages on offer were also very good value. On the downside, for us, the beds were just too hard and the pillows didn't suit us at all (one large very soft square one and one firmer small square one). We also try to avoid using the airconditioning, but it was unavoidable for a comfy night's sleep. The staff did respond ok when we asked for spare duvets to but put on the beds to sleep on, but it spoilt what should have been a very restful 4 days for us. If you don't have a car, you are limited to the infrequent bus, or cycling, and it is not near anything worth visiting, though walking around the place was very pleasant. If you are into tennis, badminton, or have kids there are lots of activities to do. Spa treatments are good value at around 25-40 GBP for an hour but prices of things like ice-cream and water are higher. Given the time of year and the activity we strongly suggest you bring at least a few litres of water with you if you can. Breakfast was average, the usual cooked eggs bacon, sausage plus a small range of fruit, musili and a yogurt, but nothing special.
