Room was mostly clean…there was some hair in the tub. As others have said, breakfast is only 2 types of cereal, bananas and a prepackaged pastry. The vending machines on the first floor didn’t work. I didn’t go see if there were any on the second floor. The heater was loud and would only run for 2 minutes, then would shut off for a minute then kick back on for 2 more minutes, etc. After the fact, my husband said I should have said something to the front desk. But I was a solo female traveler and didn’t want to draw attention to myself. My last night there the people above me kept slamming doors. I did talk to the front desk about that and they fixed the situation. I was very thankful because I had a long drive home the next morning. I never felt unsafe in the area. There is a gas station and several fast food restaurants within walking distance. This was a last minute trip due to a family member being in the hospital. It was just a 10 minute drive to East Tennessee Childrens Hospital. I spent my days at the hospital and just needed someplace to sleep. So it was well worth the 5 nights at $43/night.

Everything was excellent and what I expected love all the convience of the near by restaurant and staff couldn't ask for better than this one thing I didn't like is on me I'm a smoker old and boy I don't like step's other than that wonderful place I'll be back again and yes I recommend this to anyone Thank You Super 8

This is worst hotel I have ever been before. U can't sleep inside because the heater doesn't work good No hot water in the bathroom Too much stinky No good customer service Front desk workers are terrible. Never I coming back to this super 8 Wyndham hotel. Drury inn, holiday inn, best Western are all time the best.

I regularly stay in Super 8-equivalent properties knowing I am not staying at a business class hotel but I have two complaints specific to this property that earn it one star. First, it is in deplorable condition. If I could add photos here I would but from stains on the floor to missing handles on the dresser and a phone with missing parts, this place is in bad shape. Secon, the property description did not meet reality. It was not smoke free as evidenced by the strong marijuana odor in the hallway and the presence of ashtrays in the room. The property also lacked any type of breakfast (not even coffee) as advertised. Again, I frequent value/budget hotels but despite the price I found no value here. All was not bad however. The employee at check in was professional, polite and efficient.

I choose this particular location because it is marked dog friendly and when i arrived i was told by the gentleman working the front desk my service dog was not aloud and to further insult me, he then said i believe you are lieing and i refuse service. When i asked for a refund so i could go to more accommodating hotel he refused and simply cancelled my reservation.
