Stayed overnight for a flag football event and had a great experience! The hotel is very clean and feels brand new, which made for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated that there’s no carpet in the rooms—a big plus for those of us who prefer cleaner, more modern flooring. The breakfast was good enough for a quick start to the day. They had a decent selection, including an automatic pancake maker, which was fun, though I’m more of a waffle person myself. The indoor pool was a nice bonus too. Overall, it’s a solid option for a short stay—clean, convenient, and with the essentials to get you going.

Awesome Experience!

Property was amazing, staff was great. But I slept maybe 3 total hours. The doors are so heavy that you hear EVERYONE shut their doors on your entire floor. Our room was next to/across from the elevators. We head every ding, every suitcase drag every conversation of people getting off the elevator. It was so clear we thought our door wasn’t shut all the way.

We visited Knoxville recently and had reservations at a competitor. It was terrible to say the least. We checked out after one night and got reservations for our final two nights at Tru. I cannot say enough about how awesome Tru is. We have traveled a lot over the last several years and I can honestly say, none of the hotels we've stayed in can compare. The Knoxville - North i75 appears brand new. The lobby is open and has many wonderful areas where guests can sit and visit, have coffee in the morning or conduct business. Even play a game of pool. Free coffee all day. Free cookies. Free bottled water. Assorted snacks and even wine/beer that can be purchased. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Great people... and did I mention the free breakfast which is better than any we've seen. The rooms are really clean. Bathrooms well appointed with a walk-in shower. Beds were very comfortable. Large TV. Lots of outlets and charging ports. We will be visiting Knoxville a lot in the future and this place will be our home away from home.

My kids and I were stranded in the area after getting a flat tire. I was frazzled and tired when we checked in but the front desk clerks were very nice and friendly. The hotel is brand new and has great amenities. Will definitely stay here again
