Very warm welcoming and clean looking lobby and hallways. I didn’t like the over fragrance of the hotel, makes me think they’re hiding an unpleasant smell. But overall, the room is very clean and comfortable bed and sheets.

We asked for a couple extra pillows and they said the hotel didn’t have extra pillows. They finally came up with two that were so thin they put them both in the same pillow case. The noise from the intestate was so loud it sounded like the windows were up.

The hotel was nice and in a great location, but the bed was so worn out I couldn't sleep or stay in it for more than an hour without having to get up. I travel a lot, and this was by far the worst bed I have ever had at a hotel.

Wish that they would use a blanket on the bed instead of a dust ruffle for the blanket. Or at least put an extra blanket somewhere in the room where you don’t have to call for an extra blanket. Nice touch putting your name on the tv welcoming you to your room

Unsatisfactory. The room was not clean. Something nasty looking by the desk. Shower not clean. Trash can had trash already in it. The desk chair had animal hair on it. At this point, I was scared to sleep on the sheets. This location/room is not the expectation for Hilton.

The water pressure in the shower was really poor. My husband didn’t even realize I had it running that’s how low it was. Otherwise it was a decent stay. Breakfast was decent and not just all processed stuff. Bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.
