I was unable to check in on the first night due to delayed flights and the Verizon connection shortage made it difficult for me to notify them. I was still charged the full about even though I only stayed 2 nights instead of 3 and I booked a king and didn’t get that, they gave me a 2 queen.

The Jamaican lady who was training, a man was rude to me both days I was there. The first day we had two rooms, one for myself and one for my mom as she had problems with something at her house. That night we could not sleep due to the traffic outside the refrigerator was loud. The AC kept making knocking noises and they put us by the elevator and we heard some sort of humming all night. I let her know in the morning that I need it to be in a different room when I came back to check in. So when I came back to check in for the second night, she put me two rooms down on the same side as the previous room we took showers. We went to go to sleep and sat on the bed and I hit the bottom of the baseboard because there’s just one top mattress. Somebody has sat on both of these beds that face each other in this queen room room 423 and they have worn the mattress so bad that it just lumps out to the side so you have a typical clean mattress with a big extending piece that goes out. Those mattresses should’ve been replaced a long time ago and they’re still in that room. I went down to get another room. The lady was very rude with me. She said they were Fully booked and I had to go three hours later and go to Holiday Inn down the street and pay over $75 more for a room and I was with a child and now separated from my parents. The hotel has a horrible breakfast. The staff are so rude when you sit there and tell your customer no when it’s not my fault select

The room was nice and spacious. The blackout curtains worked perfectly. It was quiet. I really appreciated having access to coffee anytime I wanted as well. Highly recommend.

What made this stay much better than antipated was the friendly staff, open lobby and it being Super Pet Friendly. Our two puppies, Cassidy and Poppins lived it.
