Beautiful resort. A lot of attention to detail. Gorgeous buildings and obviously a lot of pride placed into it. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely room and great bathroom and shower. Room was very clean. A great buffet breakfast with a fantastic view to go along with it.

Lovely hotel however far too busy and lots of children. Breakfast was hit and miss with quality and eggs cooked to order not always cooked with staff serving them not understanding English. Many of the staff were from Nepal. Breakfast also very noisy with music instruments played which felt like you were in Bali rather than Thailand.

Beautiful hotel. Made from teak with beautiful hand carvings which give it a unique look. Amazing room. Very clean. Staff polite and helpful. Great facilities: pools were great. Good choice of restaurants: although menu didn’t vary much apart from in the Japanese restaurant, where the food was amazing. Location is stunning, with accommodation set highly amongst the jungle which gave stunning viewsSpecial thanks to the yoga instructor who was brilliant. Early morning yoga was a great way to start the day. Be aware if you have a late flight there is no late transfer off the island: these only operate at set times in daylight hours. We ended up booking a hotel room near the airport instead of spending 7 hours in the airport, but you can get a decent room very cheaply. We’ve never stayed anywhere quite like it. You won’t be disappointed.

The hotel itself was stunning, and so were the staff. I did, however, encounter a few issues. There was a lot of information shared upon arrival—some of it was available in a leaflet or via WhatsApp, but not all of it. It was overwhelming to take in, and we found ourselves asking the same questions multiple times. The hotel offers a WhatsApp service as a main point of contact for inquiries, but it was ineffective. We either received no replies or responses took hours, by which time the urgency had passed. For example, there is a transport service that shuttles guests between their rooms, the lobby, the beach, the spa, and other areas, since the resort is quite large. There was no information about how to call this transport in any leaflet provided. I attempted to reach the team via WhatsApp and received no response. We ended up stranded in the hotel for about two hours before we finally decided to walk. This is just one instance among several we encountered. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and the hotel is truly amazing. However, the two issues mentioned above significantly dampened our mood.

Absolutely stunning location, the views are breathtaking. The wooden architecture is amazing and very unique. We had a garden view room in Hotel 2 - we were lucky enough to have a partial sea view as well. We liked the location of our hotel as it was very central, if you’re in hotel 6 or 7 I imagine this would be more inconvenient given the distance from the main areas. The main pool area is great with plenty of sun beds. The infinity pool is a smaller area and we were not lucky enough to get a sun bed there. The beach is gorgeous - calm water so great for snorkelling / kayaking / paddle boarding. The staff were friendly. We stayed for Christmas and enjoyed the Christmas Eve buffet and entertainment. Great breakfasts with beautiful views. The hotel is expensive for Thailand so we would recommend eating out at the local restaurants rather than at the resort. Although the resort says the private ferry to the hotel is compulsory it is not - we came from Phi Phi so got the ferry to a different port on the island and then a taxi to the resort. At times, the service felt a little impersonal as you use a QR code to order food/drinks. Overall, we had a great Christmas and really enjoyed the resort.

Beautiful location. We got supreme sea view - it was gorgeous! The property is spread out along a big hill. They have car pickup service to take you around - walking isn’t really recommended with everything so spread out and hilly. Recommend asking for building 4 which is near breakfast and is near drop off / pick up spot. We stayed 5 nights, which is probably a little long for such an isolated location - 3-4 days is probably fine. Infinity pool and sunsets were phenomenal.

Exceptional and idyllic hotel. Excellent amenities. However, room 3102 is located on the lower level of the building, so the view of the bay is blocked by trees, which was very disappointing as I had dreamed of seeing the entire bay as shown in the room photos at the time of booking. In addition, strong sewage odors were often noticeable outside the door, which was a shame.

We LOVED this place! This was our second visit and still blown away by how beautiful and relaxing the time is! The rooms are clean, spacious, AC is great, hot water is great, staff is great, room service is great, beach and pools are great, the food is amazing! We would go again and again and bring friends any time! Cons: there can be a lot of walking to room depending on where you stay. My wife had a sprained knee and had to ascend and descend 3 stories of stairs to make it to the pickup point to drive us to breakfast. Also the laundry is quite expensive and they don't do by Kilo laundry service so I calculated a week's worth of laundry would have cost $175 USD to be done at the hotel (pay by the piece). We instead walked 30 minutes to a sweet shop and it was $15 USD for 5 kilos.

AMAZING!!!! We loved everything about this hotel. The location, the restaurant, the service, everything! The room was my favorite part, it was super cutely decorated, very comfortable and spacious, and the views from the balcony were truly mesmerizing, especially during sunset time.
