If you’re bothered by smoke give this one a pass

The hotel was clean and well-kept. The room was comfortable with new fittings and furniture. Unfortunately it smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. In my experience this is not unusual in Japan.

本館と別館を間違えてしまい本館の方に最初行ったのですが、スタッフの方が丁寧に対応してくださりタクシーを呼んでもらって別館まで行くことができました。部屋も清潔で必要最低限がしっかり揃っており快適に過ごせました。また神戸に来た際は利用したいと思います。
