Stayed here for 9 days.Check in was a 5 star for me,in a sense that the lady at the front desk was so nice to checked me in and my family, 3 hours earlier than check in time.Room and bathroom were too small but acceptable.Downside,the noise coming from the other rooms was terrible!Felt like walls and ceiling was made from paper.Couldn't get a good rest after a full day being out.On the the upside,the location of the hotel is excellent with all amenities within walking distance(mtr,bus stop,restaurants).

Stayed there for couple of nights. 50 mins away from the airport. Good location. Room’s Tiny but it’s clean and price is reasonable too. Staffs are accommodating - even though I checked out at noon but the staffs kindly kept my luggage till late evening so i didn’t have to carry them around. Overall good experience!

Great location.

The location is the reason I stay here. I stayed twice (two weeks a part). The first week, the front desk person (a male) was so cold, but he did not did anything offensive, just no personality and do not care whatsoever. The second time was a female, she was very polite and pleasant. The place is clean. From the hotel to the airport, it took me only 45 minutes by train. Around the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants and stores.

The hotel is in a great location on Nathan Rd steps away from the subway station with lots of food and shopping in the area. My one complaint was that I booked the room for 2 people and asked for 2 keys but they refused to provide 2 keys lying by saying they don't have enough keys.

We booked 5 night stay in Cara hotel.The moment we walked into the room. It is dark, smelly, old, dirty and noisy from outside. My wife was so upset and start crying. She cannot stand in there even a minutes. Even we just checked in, we decided to check out right away in the late night. The Cara hotel is just like a haunting house which should not be in the listing for us to choose in Expedia. Expedia should delist it and refund the 5 night stay money back to us.

I am a business owner myself so I try to be fair but I really haven’t much to say that is helpful for this hotel. The staff were accommodating as I requested room changes 3 times only to end up leaving early anyway because of the following: These are GUESTROOMS. Meaning you are in a VERY small space with your toilet and shower in the same space. You will be cramped while trying to wash your hair over your toilet and sink while your toilet paper gets soaked. You are limited to 5 MINUTES of shower time - after that you will run out of hot water. There is mold everywhere inside the rooms. Picture attached. They do not sanitize the showers as I asked them for sanitizer so that I could scrub my own shower and they said they don’t have it nor use it. People smoke inside. It’s not smoke free. There are cockroaches everywhere. Picture attached. The cockroach was the last straw for me, so I asked for a refund only to be told that I have to pay for the stay anyway cause I left after 12pm. I was unfairly treated because I had to pay for a room that was deemed unsafe to stay in (mold, cockroaches, unsanitary toilet conditions).
