Advertise as 4 star , definitely more like a two, maybe three star . Rooms are in rough shape , needs updating badly. Staff tried to upgrade room to a suite , which was appreciated , but furniture was still stained , old and uncomfortable . When leaving with our luggage , I asked for the shuttle to the bus terminal that they offer, I was refused !! Being told I can walk because it's not to far . We had four suitcases !!

Photos from Expedia and reality were so different When we arrive, we weren’t sure it was that one we booked. Corridor was noisy, we could hear people from the bed and see corridor light below room door. Location it Kowloon wasn’t the great, MTR Station was a little far with 2 luggage and not the most touristic in Hong Kong Two much A/C all around the facility Breakfast wasn’t disgusting but they vould do better

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't indulge in the pool so I cannot speak to that. The one thing that I didn't like was the breakfast. Most hotels offer complimentary breakfast, and HP 8 degrees had an attached cafe where breakfast was discounted for guests, but not complimentary.

Great and prompt service. Convenient with bus stop to main tourist sites just downstairs. Walkable to mtr station. Local restaurants nearby and Kai Tak shopping mall just 10mins walk away. Will definitely stay here again when we're back.

Good size room at a competitive price. The staff are polite and helpful. There are two USB port in the room, but not speed charge. The location is not very convenient. Might not be appropriate for first time tourist. There's a shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui. The Deco is very mainland China small town. Specially the faucet was so difficult to control the temperature.
