Carpet in room stained. Carpet outside tarpon and hallway to elevators appear dirty. Tv remote partially broken - instructions to operate tv inadequate. However staff are responsive and food adequate. Breakfast very good. Area around hotel old and in inviting. However, entrance to hotel welcoming and clean.

Good value for the price. The hotel is strategically located near the Chow Kit Monorail station, with many local shops and eateries in the vicinity. Our room had an excellent, view of the Petronas Towers. The room was not that clean but was spacious with comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk was accommodating and helpful. The North and South towers are two separate buildings with different facilities. We were bit frustrated going to the wrong building because of confusion. The buffet style breakfast had a great variety of local and western cuisines. Please note: Be careful when booking- south or north because the South tower has the rooftop pool, while the North has a gym.

Typical business hotel

Some good things about the property is that it is at a very prime location. You have very professional and courteous staffs to take care of you. Keep in mind that they have North and South property, but fortunately they are adjacent to each other. Lobby area is very small and in other words it doesn't exist. Breakfast is just average and in half board plan you get additional dinner or lunch served by one main course ( fixed qty) and one dessert and not by a buffet meal. Room is good sized with iron and ironing board, electronic locker, electric kettle, mini refrigerator, tv( only good English channel is vision Four). Bed curtain were average. Our twin towers view room was having a good view. It is more a typical business hotel and not a luxury hotel.

We stayed at this holiday for 6 days and sought extension for 2 days in the same room, management was unable to give us same room. We moved to the next room , but air condition didn’t work in the new room. We hardly slept first night in the new room as it was too hot and air condition not working. Next day they moved us to the room we intitallly stayed .
