The hotel was good, however there seemed to be a very unpleasant smell lingering around the rooms beyond reception. Considering this is a 5 star hotel, I wouldn't expect this to be an issue! On a more positive note, the gym was good and had a nice variety of equipment.

Fabulous hotel if you want to do some premium shopping! Lovely, attentive staff who are always willing to help. Not overly impressed with the food choice, but if you like Asian cuisine you’ll be really happy. Just a bit too Asian for us. Great area to wander around, but super busy. It’s a really big hotel, so if you’re wanting a quiet place, this wouldn’t be for you, but if you like to be in the middle of it all, definitely the hotel for you. We had a suite and really can’t complain about the size, very generous space.

It was good but not that good. The hotel is super convenient cause it's located in the center area, and the staff was nice as well. But when we arrived at our room we found there were spider webs around the corner and our wifi was too terrible to use, so the next day I told the staff but after one hour they helped us to solve this problem. Last time we lived in the Ritz Calton Hotel which is near JW and we had a very good experience maybe next time we will choose The Ritz
