Room was spacious with a really comfy bed, and all very clean too. The kitchen area appeared very well equipped although we didn’t cook a meal there. Nice pool area with towels provided, and a good bar/restaurant. We did have a problem with no hot water, but the staff were really good & sorted it out quickly plus they sent us 2 small buns as an apology which was lovely.

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. It was great to have the kitchenette. The pool area was also very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

The hotel location was in a quite street but not far from KLCC. The was spacious & clean. The buffet break was very delicious. The restaurant staff was nice & friendly. Mr Lai is the head chef was friendly to talk to. There is an out pool & a gym i believe i didn't get the chance to use it. Over we were very happy with the hotel staff. We are highly recommended this hotel to anyone who visit KL and want sonewhere peacful to stay & enjoy delicious buffet breakfast & friendly staff.

Staff very courteous, nice clean room, close to Petronas! Pool area very nice. Would have given 5 stars but our room faced the road and a nightclub emptying out at 5am every morning was entertaining but a nuisance….
