We had a bad experience about a payment while checked in the hotel. After clarifying with the travel agent, the hotel agreed to refund the overpaid money back to us. But the refund process is beyond acceptable level. We waited 3 weeks and yet no answers from the hotel staff except they kept telling us that the Finance Dept. would handle the refund etc... At the end, it looks more like the hotel just bullshitting us until the day we checked out the hotel then, forget about this whole process...... Dose it make the hotel any different from the people who stealing in the store that we've seen those posters everywhere in KL?? Other than this unpleasant experience, the hotel staffs in general are nice and polite, especially the cleaning crew members. The one-bedroom premium suite is comfortable and a lot of cabinet spaces to arrange stuffs, but the furniture is quite worn-out, outdated and some are boarder-line broken. Kitchen has the minimum but can cook a simple meal, big refrigerator (not the mini bar) and washing machine with laundry soap provided. Nice view of Menara KL from the gym & swimming pool area.

This property seriously needs an upgrade. I was initially assigned to a deluxe room on 33rd floor. The lift was under maintenance and I have to used a service lift to get up to the 33rd floor. The service lift was in a horrible condition and the corridor from the lift to the room was so dirty and dark. I was shock Oasia still selling their rooms under this condition. Totally unacceptable! Luckily I was able to change to another room …

There is no mirror in close proximity of any power supply outlet for hair dryer. The power outlet in bathroom is only god for shaver. End up using power outlet and mirror in living room and they are 15 feet apart.

Appliances need updating

The rooms are an excellent size and was nice to have a seperate living area to the bedroom. My main reason for booking this property was because they had a washing machine in the rooms. Upon arrival our washing machines handle had been snapped off and we were unable to open it. When maintenance arrived they told us we could call them when we wanted to unload the machine, I said we had quite a few loads of washing as we had already been travelling for a week and asked if they could show me how they opened the machine. I had to use a butter knife to slide into the machine and twist it open. Not ideal but it worked. Hotel is within 20 minutes walk of all the main attractions which was handy.

I have stayed here a lot and everytime things have slowly gotten worse. Never again! I emailed to inform we were arriving early and got no response. We arrived and were told they didnt have the room we booked so we had to pay extra to get and upgrade, and extra for early check in and more for tourist taxes. We did we have to pay for their mistakes if they didnt have the type of room we booked! We finally got given a room upgrade without paying additional and it had none if the additional things we were promised we would get if we paid more. The room wasnt cleaned, tooth picks on bedside table, dirty carpet and the bedding smelt bad. The only decent thing was the pool although the toilets and area around it were also mouldy, dirty and broken. This place should really close, complete all the renovations, train the staff and then reopen.
