Stayed in the Horizon Lounge room and had a good breakfast everyday. Room condition is a bit aged and should have a makeover soon. Bed mattress was excellent though - had very good sleep every night! Hotel is close and walkable to Pavilion and KLCC

We stayed at the KL Shanghai La for 5 nights in December 2025. From the first moment arriving until we left we cannot express how wonderful the experience was. The staff are exceptional, they can not do enough for you. The room was spacious and well appointed. It was beautifully clean and the day service was first class. We ate at the Lemon Garden on the weekend. The seafood buffet was one of the highlights of our Asian tour
