Great stay, perfectly located. Not too close to the esplanade that the noise affects you at night, and not too far that you need a cab. Friendly staff, courteous and helpful with booking attraction tickets.

Fantastic stay , great staff

I happily give 5 stars for the overall convenient and scenic location, lovely facilities, helpful staff and chic eateries. On the "needs improvement" was the musty smell of the room (great ocean view!) and inconsistent cleaning crew. eg, sometimes the used tea bag/towels/pillows were replaced and sometimes not. (I'm all for eco-housekeeping, but expect it to be consistent.)

All amenities and services for ever and all accommodations everywhere in the world should be as awesome always. Especially all requests granted if able to.
