Air con was not effective, it was too hot. The rooms have bathrooms that make noise and you can hear other rooms. It was overall however a good hotel.

Hotel was in a central area close to subways and many restaurants/coffee shops. Room was decently sized for Japan. The big issue we had was the smell and visualization of mold/mildew in the bathroom. I have asthma and had some difficulties with breathing in the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — the bed made for a great night's sleep. The location was also perfect, with easy access to restaurants, transportation, and nearby attractions. I really appreciated the small touches like complimentary water, quality toiletries, and the overall quiet atmosphere.
