The hotel has very convenient location, very close to the nice Kyoto train station. Nice people, clean hotel, and free breakfast. Just wish the room can be slightly roomy, though it is barely enough for tourists now. Thanks.

Good location, big rooms for Japan and comfortable. If you're taller than 5'10" I would stay away, the bathrooms have very low roofs!

I can't sing their praises more, the staff were amazing, the facilities were amazing, the amenities were amazing, the food was great, the only thing that needed work was the layout of the room, the TV was positioned weirdly in respect of where the bed was placed and the was only one charging port on one side of the bed, and the power flow was very weak. I would however book again and again. They had some state of the art technology at the front desk, honestly they just need to make 1 or 2 small changes and I reckon it should be a 4 star hotel. Brilliant.
