Wonderful stay with exceptionally thoughtful staff. Although the vegetarian breakfast options were limited on my first day, the team noticed and went above and beyond, each day the breakfast improved with more choices, and they even added a sign inviting vegan guests to inform the staff. Such a considerate touch. Great amenities like face masks and hair bands as well. I loved my stay and will absolutely return when I’m back in Kyoto.

加湿器を使用しておりましたが、1台では湿度が十分に保てず、夜間にかなり乾燥し、翌朝は喉を痛め体調不良になりました。 念のため加湿器を2台リクエストしておりましたが、予備がないとのご回答でした。他のビジネスホテルでは常備されているケースも多く、今後のご利用者様のためにも、ぜひ予備の加湿器をご用意いただける体制をご検討いただけレバと思います。
