Convenient, quiet, and clean for family of four with adjoining room 2 minutes walking distance to Kyoto Station, Don Quixote, lots of restaurants, and shops. Compact but adequate space to fit 2 full size suitcases, 2 carryons, backpacks, and more. Bathrooms are tiny but you get used to it in Japan. No complaints. Would return!

Odd design and rather cramped room on floor 2.

This hotel is rather strange in space design. Firstly all the rooms apparently have windows facing brick wall of the building next to it, effectively as good as without windowns. Secondly the room I stayed is not really easy to navigate with little space between objects. The outwardly open toilet door making worse. While I am happy with the friendly and helpful counter staff and the very good location, it will not be enough to attract me back. S as nd finally Hotel.com chose to display rather misleading image of the room, giving the impression that the room is reasonably spacious.

It was a hotel, I don’t ever have high expectations. But it had air conditioning and a shower. That was great. I did try and wash my clothes once but it was always busy. But there was a couple laundry mats close by so not an issue.

It is very convenient, near to bus station (if you are coming from Kansai airport) and Kyoto station. Lots of eatery place and shopping, it is also near to some attractions. Overall is good if I ever come back to Kyoto this hotel will be my choice. Very general with the amenities. Thank you for the hospitality.
