The rooms were great and very spacious. Beautiful views but thin unsafe windows. They seemed like they were falling apart and definitely feel like if u lean on them u will fall over. Last day we found a little roach which was surprising since our room and hotel felt very clean. Pool was great my kids loved it but was a little crowded at times. Not a big deal. and we loved the beach out front with great music. Not a close walk to the mazatlan letters but very close drive. Food was not good at buffet but ok food by the pool area and drinks were hit or miss but we made reservations at the seafood restaurant at their other location (cid marina) and it was so delicious!!! Id stay again keeping in mind that i will mostly eat out during my stay.

The Hotel is average in regard to the installations overall, the service was also average some staff was nice some staff seemed to not want to be there. Pricing was decent for the quality that the hotel offers!

We had a beautiful oceanfront corner suite with stunning views. The beach service was outstanding thanks to Tomas and Martine. Thank you. The Elite all inclusive is definitely the way to go. Our meals and service in the La Concha restaurant were just excellent. A wonderful relaxing holiday

This property falsely charged my husband with property damage. Then later when requested to receive video footage promised about the property damage that was alleged, they refused and attempted to call the police on us. We were forced to pay extra money and were kicked out of the hotel early. This place was extremely racist and terrible terrible terrible service. If you are a black American I suggest you do not go to this hotel. If you are an American just know that most people do not speak English, they do not care about how you feel, and do not respect you at all.

Wonderful customer service. Ramon at La Gruta Snack Bar and Karen at La Concha restaurant went above and beyond to take care of us and made sure we were comfortable and great. I would def recommend El CID!! The first time I went was with my husband 10 yrs ago and had a wonderful time. This time we went with our 18, 16 and 8 year old and everyone enjoyed themselves to the max!
