Very disappointing experience. When purchasing the package, the only options available were “all-inclusive” or “not all-inclusive.” However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were told that we had not paid for the “all inclusive elite” plan, which was never clearly explained during booking. On top of that, the room advertised as ocean view turned out to be only a partial ocean view, which felt misleading.
Cleanliness was also an issue — we found a cockroach in the room, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially at this price point.
The food was terrible, honestly almost inedible. The quality was extremely inconsistent: one day the buffet food tasted decent, and the next day it was completely off, making it hard to trust. In fact, the buffet is not reliable at all. I even got food poisoning from the drinks, which were awful, and I had to take antibiotics. After speaking with other guests, another woman mentioned she also got sick, but from the buffet food.
The drinks were horrible overall, poorly made and clearly low quality. The only positive thing about this hotel was the pool, which was nice and well maintained.
Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment. Poor food quality, misleading information, cleanliness issues, and health concerns made this stay far from enjoyable. I would not recommend it.
