This is a beautiful refurbished Hotel with wonderful amenities. Cookies before you go to bed, delicious coffee in the morning. Restaurant on site. Highly recommended.

Magnolia is a beautiful looking place to stay but definitely needs updating in things that are minor. Our room had a ceiling that had a leak so some cracks were showing. The tv is ancient but we weren't there for that, just annoying the remote does not work easily. The in room ac worked but was old so had to press hard to change the temp. Again the place was beautiful, but no real amenities. Staff was nice and welcoming. We opted to park in the street for $6 than the $35 valet.

The Magnolia is a charming (and clean) hotel in a beautifully restored historic building. The room was comfortable and quiet, equipped with a mini refrigerator and single cup coffee maker. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Emily who works at the front desk! The location is ideal for people who are traveling without a car. Located near The Old Market, there are a ton of restaurants, stores, and parks within walking distance. For the runners out there - there is an awesome paved trail along the river that’s easy to get to, add a trip over the Bob Kerry Pedestrian Bridge, a couple laps around the Heartland of America Park and you can log some double digit runs. As a single woman traveling alone, I felt safe walking to and around The Old Market during the daytime. However, like most downtown areas, I would not feel comfortable walking at night alone. All in all, a wonderful stay and I will definitely be staying here again.

It’s a very nice historic property. Restaurant is great. It’s great for a historic property. They need to work on the details around the hotel. But a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

The building is beautiful and I enjoyed the courtyard in the morning, I sat there with my dog and sipped tea. . I stayed on the main floor in a lovely room. The only complaint I have is that the back entrance electronic lock was broken and the rooms have antiquated security locks. The area is in transition and when finished will be very nice. I've been traveling through Omaha for decades and I have seen a lot of chang in this area. I hope it all works out because there's a lot of potential in the area.
