the property was in a great location. The owners were very friendly and fun to speak to. The restaurant was extremely clean and the food was fantastic. The owners made us fell right at home. The property was very well kept. It was a very comfortable experience and 5e owners made us feel like we were at home with family.

Støj hver nat og dobbelt opkrævning af betaling

Vi havde hørt at det skulle være det bedste hotel på Læsø, det håber jeg virkelig ikke. Der er rent og pænt på værelset, og sengen var fin. Badeværelset var til gengæld umuligt. Der var så lavt vandtryk, at det tog en evighed at skylde shampoo ud af hårdet. Bruseforhænget (som også stoppede 10-15 cm før gulvet) kunne p.g.a. monitering på skråvæg kun trækkes 2/3 for, så alt var vådt efter bad. Morgenmaden var heller ikke noget højdepunkt. Bakeoff og koncentrat juice. Æg, som den ene dag var blødkogte og næste dag hårdkogte. Der serveres kun morgen mad fra kl. 8 - 10, så der er propfyldt i buffen kl. 8. Vi blev vækket kl. 2 om natten når baren lukkede. Først nat af højt skrålende badgæster og sidste af hvad der mest af alt lød som et masse slagsmål, og vi boede i annekset bag hotellet. Vores værste oplevelse var dog ved udtjekning. Vi var blev bedt om at betale for opholdet ved ankomst, og det var selvfølgelig i orden. Hvad der ikke var i orden var at vi også blev bedt om at betale ved udtjekning. Hende som stod for udtjekning, sagde at der ikke var betalte. Da jeg sagde, at det havde jeg gjort ved ankomst, måtte hun hente en anden. Denne mand viste mig på skærmen, at jeg stadig skyldte for opholdet. Heldigvis havde jeg betalt med Dankort, og kunne via mobile bank, vise at jeg altså havde betalt en gang. Hvad hvis vi havde betalt kontakt? Og efter dette kunne man måske have forventet bare et lille 'Undskyld', men ikke på Havnebakken. Vi kommer ikke igen.

Vi hadde ett fint opphold på hotellet med hyggelig personale, fint rom med god seng og en veldig god frokost. Plassering nær ferje, strand og flere restauranter er perfekt. Kan anbefales.

Læsø

Vi havde et dejligt ophold. Værelset havde fjernsyn, men det virkede ikke. Vi gjorde opmærksom på dette, od de ville se på det. Men fjernsyn kom ikke til at virke. Det var ikke det vi skulle bruge ferien til. Men alligevel irriterende. Håndvask havde meget dårlig afløb. Burde være kontrolleret ved klargøring. Der stod at der var mulighed for aftensmad på hotellet. Det var der ikke efter 1.8. Det burde fremgå, da vi bestilte overnatning. Vi havde et dejligt ophold på Læsø, som er en dejlig cykelø
