Breakfast lacked any meat or potatoes but OJ and coffee were excellent. We stayed 2 nights - the bed wasn’t made nor were new towels provided. No one at front desk when we were leaving. Suspect they are very short staffed. Pool was very good

Filthy toilet bowl… could not have my daughter and my fiancé sit on the toilet bowl the whole night. It was dirty and nasty..I took photos of it. I had to get another room. I was disappointed and my family were disappointed in me for bringing them into that.

Poolside carpet

It was comfortable and spacious and clean. It’s just old. The pool area has carpet so I would never swim in there. It’s in a good location for Lake George or for a show at SPAC if you don’t mind driving 25 minutes each way

The place smelled very very clean! It was a great experience! The only few downfalls were the breakfast in the mornings could've been alot better with alot better selections. The ice maker on the 2nd floor towards the far end of the hotel was disgustingly dirty and moldy.. Thats how u get people sick. But overall a very great place and geeat experience

IMMEDIATLEY BECAME CONGESTED /COUGHING (PATRON HAS ASTHMA).BAD HOUSKEEPING W/ OLD TRASH LEFT AT BASE OF BED. NO CHANGE OF LINENS OR TOWELS. ROOM DAMP, LINENS DAMP. DOG NEXT DOOR BARKING AT TIMES. The people who work there are so very nice but the facility is VERY old and outdated and falling apart. They painted the walls and did some upgrades but it is very run down. The rooms are expensive too. I wouldn't stay there again.
