Abbie handled check-in beautifully. I had a couple of questions and one problem. Jane made everything right. There were long black hairs on the shower wall when I checked in and it was still when I checked 6 days later. Breakfast was good and the same every day. Twice I put out the sign asking to have my room cleaned. Twice it was ignored. Shuttle service to and from the ski station was on time, every time.

What a special place to stay in the winter. The access to ski at Lake Louise was fantastic, cross country skiing across the lake was a great experience, and the new Basin Spa is not to be missed!

This is truly a home away from home. We loved seeing the whole Lake Louise area in the winter. Paradise was the perfect place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff, fireplace in our room, a deck to enjoy the magnificent view and a campfire every afternoon complete with s’more kits! Every day we had fresh bottles of cream and milk to go with our coffee. This location is very close to Lake Louise and Groomed cross country trails. And just up the road from lake Louise village for groceries and restaurants. Looking forward to returning and staying in one of their little cabins in the summer!

Nice viewe, very quiet & comfortable. Enjoyed the gas fireplace.
