Excellent service. However access from the rear parking lot can be improved that would save guests sometime while hauling stuff to and from the vehicle.

Great place for travelling, close to the airport. We had such a great experience except for the server (restaurant) on April 25 around 9:30 am, the blond girl, she was very unpleasant, and had a worse customer service towards us. Overall, the hotel staffs were great!

This property is beautiful!! It is updated and modern inside! It was such a nice change not having carpet inside a hotel room :) the fireplaces were a welcome touch on such a cold day! The pool, waterslide, hot tub and sauna were well kept, there were always towels available and staff around to ask if needed. The change rooms and shower on the pool and gym floor was a welcomed change! The breakfast had lots of great options for the whole family! The only “thing” we would suggest is an upgraded coffee machine! But that’s a personal preference. We will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 recommend to those with kids looking for swimming and breakfast included options!!
