"Fawn Ridge Lodge" located 1 mile from Lake Placid Village, is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath Adirondack style retreat with a massive stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, gourmet kitchen and master bath with jetted tub. The lower level family room has a cozy fireplace, pool table, sauna, hot tub and movie room. In addition to the large first floor master bedroom, there are 3 bedrooms upstairs, one called "Happy Camper" with 3 sets of log bunk beds. There is a beautiful wrap around deck with patio furniture as well as a screened in porch and a fire pit is just steps from the hot tub.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The house was beautiful! We loved the hot tub, everyone had plenty of room, and the beds were comfortable. I was a little chilly sleeping the first night so I used one of the bear throw blankets the next night and was nice & cozy! We would love to visit again.

3rd time we rented this house to spend Thanksgiving with my friends and as always we loved our stay. The house the very spacious and cosy and between the jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, TV room, fireplace you have everything you need to spend a very relaxing weekend. Location is great also. Lake Placid Main street is very nice and you have great hikes all around. This is one of my favorite house we rented for the last 6 years !

This is a beautiful home. Very comfortable, clean, and well decorated. Plenty of different spaces for people to gather, indoors and outdoors. Spacious kitchen, dining area, living rooms, and social spaces. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Perfect home for families. This house will provide a relaxing and energizing stay. The owner is extremely responsive, and easy to work with. A wonderful experience overall, highly recommend!

This was our second time staying here and we love it to much we already booked next year! There are so many living spaces and areas to enjoy if you have a large group or just want to get lost for a bit. We didn’t even use half the house with our group of 6. We had a nice outdoor lunch on the deck and used the grill this time . It’s a very quiet private neighborhood, yet fairly close to town. There are late night Ubers around if you want to enjoy the night life with no worries. Alia is a wonderful host and always gets back immediately if you reach out. I highly recommend this home!

Perfect little getaway

My friends and I stayed for a fun weekend of skiing and ice skating, and we had a fabulous time! The owner was very responsive and helpful, the house was very clean and comfortable, I loved the sauna and the hot tub. Overall really great place for a fun weekend. The only thing is the showers were a little cold and some of the remotes didn’t have batteries. But that’s what happens when it’s -5 degrees out I guess! Wish I had more time to stay longer.

Great stay

Had a reunion of sorts with four sixty year olds who went to grammar school together. The house was terrific. Spacious, clean, hand carved Adirondack wood furniture, TVs, good WiFi….everything as promised. Very close to Main St. Alia was very easy to communicate with and always there to answer questions. I would highly recommend this beautiful property

Perfect getaway!

The house was exactly as pictured, very clean and quiet but close enough to town. Plenty of spaces to spread out and more than enough amenities provided. Linens included is a huge bonus! Host is super friendly and communication could not have been better!

Perfect Adirondack Family Getaway Spot

From the minute we drove up to this gorgeous, perfectly maintained property, we were in love! We’re a family group of 6, ages 31-81 and it was just what we all needed! Every detail truly reflects the beauty of the Adirondacks, and it offers all the modern conveniences as well. We played pool & games, relaxed in the hot tub and sauna, made s’mores by the campfire. Our bedrooms were so spacious and comfortable. Alia was immediate with responses, even when we had the simplest questions. We will absolutely work with any Alia property in the future, and most highly recommend her Fawn Ridge Lidge!!

Wonderful home for family getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Fawn Ridge Lodge with our children and grandchildren (8 of us). The home is beautiful, spacious and with many amenities. The family loved the hot tub, pool table and movie room The bunk room upstairs was much more spacious than we imagined with a full sitting area in it in addition to all the beds. Our son's family of 4 spread out in there. Our only negative was that the lower level full bath had a shower that we were not able to use (missing the fixture). Our host apologized and was trying to get a plumber in but was unable to during our stay. It would have been nice to have that additional full bath. However, I still gave it 5 stars as everything else was wonderful.

Great house for 10 hikers

The house had plenty of space and beds for 10 of us to stretch out and enjoy a rainy day with no hiking. Having the hot tub is a big bonus after a long day on the trails. Will definitely stay here again with another guided High Peaks trip. A beautiful house in a perfect location.

Best Lake Placid House!

We have been staying in Lake Placid for the lacrosse tournament for 8 years now. We had yet to find the perfect house until now! This house has it all.. great amenities. Way more space than you can see online, extremely private nice neighborhood development where the houses have lots of acreage/privacy. It’s great for quiet peaceful walks.. No noise from neighbors and the house itself has all the amenities listed and more! It’s better in person than the pics show. There’s a really cool theater room we enjoyed as well. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The owner is very responsive. We loved it so much we booked for next year!
