Great staff good location.

The front desk staff support was amazing. Never saw housekeeping. But for a very busy week with the Navy graduating the hotel did a great job.

The staff, room and service were good. I was in town overnight for a basketball tournament for my 16 year old daughter. The parking lot and lobby was filled with loud people, drinking alcohol, smoking marijuana and arguing. Surprisingly most of the people were from the local military base. This went on well into the early morning hours. Each time we entered and exited the hotel the crowd was louder and more intoxicated. We had to go to the laundromat to wash my daughter’s uniform, when I returned after 1:30 am the crowd was still congregating and causing chaos. The staff should have asked them to disperse or called the police.

The thermostat kept shutting off. The fridge quit working and our food went warm while at the park all day. It wasn’t very clean. The breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfast
