Very helpful and friendly manager

Was very taken aback by the extremely rude check in experience after staying here so many times over the years- unfriendly, unhelpful and would’ve let me stand there for who knows how long without asking me if I needed to check in until I got their attention and acted extremely irritated before telling me they were almost off work. After being a loyal visitor of the hotel I think it’s time to venture out after this experience. Still love the hotel and have had nice check ins before, but this was a big bummer.

Love the balconies and just need washer dryer for guest

The check-in instructions were a lot more complicated on the website than they actually were in person. Everyone was very nice, especially the manager Ed. We chatted for a while a couple of times over my stay, telling me about the history of the area, things to do etc. I would stay again!

Very nice place. We would stay there again. Plenty of room for gathering of all our family members staying in the area. Everyone loved the pool.
