Wonderful hotel and excellent staff!

Hugo, the receptionist was friendly, and very professional. The cleaning staff, bartender, and kitchen staff at breakfast were all super friendly, efficient, and very accommodating! I will definitely stay here again!

The front desk staff at check-in was very unfriendly. One of them staff memebrs warmed up towards the end of our check-in. One remained curt and rude to other guests throughout the check-in. The bar tender for the complimentary bar was also fairly short and and rude both evenings. The first night he was a bit friendlier after the initial interaction but we were taken aback by the unkind staff. The staff in the mornings were very friendly and welcoming. The property was very clean and modern. Everything was comfortable. Had the staff been friendly I would give this property 5 stars without hesitation.

It was a very nice little stay. The walls were a bit thin and the constant chatter of people outside made it a bit difficult to fall asleep at night, but that was really the only complaint I have.

This is my second time staying here. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and it’s overall clean. This time there was someone else’s razor on my shower, which grossed me out. However, the shower still appeared to be clean. The staff here are always super kind and helpful. They have a good variety for free breakfast, and fun little free happy hours each evening, except Sundays. I will stay here each time I visit because it is a great hotel.

Checked in around midnight, gentleman at the front desk was great, professional, prepared, informative etc. The buildings definitely confusing though and doesn't have the best directional signage. The breakfast was a little underwhelming and minimal. Would likely stay there again if the price was in the same ballpark cost.

A bargain price for clean room, breakfast, and very helpful staff. We were on the third floor during our stay and my only complaint was it was noisy during the day because we were just off of the balcony by the pool.
