Check-in was fast and convenient, which was a great start to our stay. However, customer service at this hotel really needs improvement. I wasn’t provided with any information about breakfast, Wi-Fi, or other important amenities upon arrival.
The Wi-Fi connection is quite weak — it only works properly in the lobby and inside the room, but cuts off completely in the hallways. Although the room matched the listed specifications, a few upgrades would make a big difference, such as adding a microwave and having a larger washroom, especially for families with children.
On the positive side, self-parking was easy and the view from the restaurant was beautiful. We also booked massages with Sunny, and she was absolutely amazing — a true highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, most of the staff seemed unhappy or disengaged, which really affected the overall experience.
