The hotel was very nice. It is a shame that the system issues they were having made them unable to provide room keys. We had to ask a staff member to unlock our door every time we left the room.

Bad cleaning. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and they never went to clean the room. Reception was told that they needed the cleaning service and they never went. They don't want to return the money they offered for not providing the service. Lies and bad service.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The room exceeded our expectations. It was a suite which made us very comfortable. It was very clean. Bathroom essentials were supplies. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was acceptable with muffins, toast, etc. The juice dispenser was empty and it didn’t get refilled until we were ready to leave.

The young woman who worked at the desk was on her phone the entire time. When we checked out she barely looked up. The apples and oranges on the continental breakfast were rotten.
