Big deception!!!

The hotel is in bad conditions, the photos that you show did not reflect the real conditions. Outside in common areas there was dirty, with beer bottle caps, trash, paper. Inside the room, the mattress were very old, made a lot of noise when you make a movement and the bathroom had a lot of fungus

En la recepción no sabían a qué horas nos darían la habitación hasta que reclamé por el horario del check in. Los botes de basura del estacionamiento estaban rebosando de basura. El cuarto además del olor a humedad estaba lleno de cucarachas.

Worst hotel stay and bad customer service

Room was dirty and ac not working. Also outlets not working let front desk know and said they will send maintenence who never got there. Didn't want to give us another room nor accomadate they claimed they were too booked since we were in a famiky room. No manager on site a d one of the front desk clerks even told me the manager can not be called at home because she gets mad and writes up who ever does. Our room had hairs everywhere a d wrapers of candy behind the night stands. Its not like i was looking, i dropped my charger and when i reached thats when i saw.

People in the pool at 2am and staff does nothing, the lock didn’t work, the phone inside the room was broken. The faucet was broken, the door had blood stains and the staff appeared to be really high to care.
