Compare Hotels with Parking in Las Cruces

When we arrived, the clerk told us to pull around back. There was several men in the entrance door hiding behind the bushes smoking. Felt unsafe. We got checked in and the carpet was stained . Although the sheets were clean, we stayed the night. The shower and bathtub was filthy, stained and rusty. Upon returning after our day with our family, we woke the next morning to a huge cockroach running across the bathroom floor. So I went to the front desk and on the way there I encountered the manager. I explained to him the situation and he said , that he was able to refund only a portion $70 to be exact, but you would have to call Exedia. As we were finishing our conversation and I shared with him that I took pictures of the room and the cockroach. He let me know that because we booked through Expedia that they pretty much give us the crappy room. Very unhappy. Please contact company as they said that they would be refund a portion of the room fee, thank you. You can also reach us at our contact number in our account.

Clean,quiet,good breakfast, excellent staff.

Do not stay here unless you want to be in a sketchy motel. The area is so unsafe we had to return from a walk to get food empty handed. The room smelled like drug use and dirty clothes. Terrible.

My favorite place to stay in Las Cruces. Esepcially enjoy the happy hour and breakfast each day. Will be back!

The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful, The breakfast items were very fresh. The pool area looked nice as well . Our room was very nice & well cleaned.
