For most people this was a beautiful property with everything one may need. Only putting four stars to point out some things to help the handicapped individuals. The handicapped rooms were great for the most part, however one thing my dad struggled with was chairs without armrests so he had a hard time getting up from chairs. The beds were higher up so he was able to use momentum to get out of bed and was able to get better rest than normal since the beds were so comfortable. Handicapped bathrooms were great, he did struggle to get shampoo out of the bottle since they weren’t the pumps. Overall had a good experience and will stay again if we come back to visit!

From the time I walked in, you can just tell the atmosphere so clean and nice. I was really surprised I was very happy. The room was spectacular. The people were very nice and the breakfast was awesome. My sister that came from out of town as well. Said this is her new place to stay mine too. I stated to Hampton ends last year, and I was not impressed at all.

Did not get the best customer service when checking in, had to wait 10 min for front desk girl to get off a personal call with her grandchildren. I only know this because she told me why she was on the phone. When checking out I was not notified of additional charges, I discovered this a few days later and called to verify. Dustin or Dunkin was verifying the charges then got rude and snarky as he mentioned that Expedia should have said this in your booking. I was placed on the 3rd floor with two senior pets when I booked the room 1 1/2 months in advance requesting a pet friendly room and was ensured my arrangements were booked. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and had to navigate 2 pets across the hotel 3 floors up to use the restroom etc.. This is our second time staying here and booked it specifically because we enjoyed our stay and it being accommodating for our pets but it will definitely be our last. $600 for 3 nights to get get treated like this is not what we signed up for.

Quiet hotel

Quiet and comfortable, can't hear traffic from Interstate at all, which is a big high note for me. Gym needs some remodeling.
