Not near the elevator, Please!!!

I have stayed here more than 5 time and every time my room gets worse. If it has to do with the rooms offered per the website Hotels.com needs to do a little better you are either near the elevators or the small rooms near the stairs.

Overpriced for no reason , it is not part of the casino i had to walk outside and walk for 5-8 min to get to the casino did not feel safe walking the parking lot with my play money casino is machines only not really a happy place mostly hard core gamblers did not have fun

Stunning views, okay rooms

I feel like this hotel could be really stunning, I loved the views of the horsetrack and the mountain but it really could be a much elevated experience. Our room smelled like mildew really bad, the shower sprayed everywhere with the filmsy curtain that made the water get all over the floor even worse so that leads me to believe that there's probably mold damage or at least the cause of all the mildew. it's a very basic hotel, not all the floors have ice makers, there's not a small kitchen to even buy a cup of milk for a toddler from, and it's a little loud from the hallways/neighbors. We had a place to sleep which is what we were looking for but I think it really could be a much better place with some love.

Not a 3 star hotel by any means. However, for the cost, it was deasant, clean, and of cousrse, next to the casino. Staff was excellent. I didn't experience any major issues. A couple of suggestions would be to offer at minimum a continental breakfast and smart TV's in the rooms. Other than that, it wouldnt be my first choice.

It's a nice place. Clean, fresh, smoke free rooms. Friendly staff. Close parking, and it's on casino property, so the security is good. I was disappointed that rooms were sold out on my way back through. I should have booked earlier.
