Normally we have a great experience but this time was a little different. Dinning table stand was broken, made it difficult to eat on and couldn’t set a laptop down to work. Head board on bed was also broken. Dressers top drawer was also broken. There was No extra toilet paper, in the bathroom. Had to go downstairs to get an extra roll. Aside from that customer service was great, and property/room was very clean.

Staff were quite professional, friendly and good-humored. The facility itself is top notch, from the decor to the condition of the entire suite and its contents. The primary bed was quite comfortable, as was the sofa bed. The location is exactly what we want for proximity to the strip without the chaos. Pricing is quite fair. We will be back.

I loved the location, off the strip, but close enough to drive or get an Uber in. We loved the loungers in the pool and never felt crowed while swimming. I did not think the pull out bed was comfortable, but liked the extra space and kitchen. vs a traditional hotel. We could smell the food the neighbors cooked and that was not fun, since there is a weird shared entrance the smells were trapped in the second shared small hallway. Not sure the reasoning behind a door to a double door. But overall would stay there again and probably go for the 2 bed suite next time. Also a bonus we got some coupons to bowl at South Point and had a great time doing that!

The Silverton hotel is a favorite for my family. The rooms are equipped with full kitchen and the washer and dryer is a plus. Easy access to groceries stores and restaurants.

Didn’t know when I booked that we have our suites for both couples! It was very nice! Everything was clean and I didn’t feel gross (when sometimes I feel that way in hotels). Front desk was very helpful when needed. We used the pool and that was nice!
