Only reason I am giving this a 4 star is the hide a bed. Not comfortable at all. Everything else was a fantastic stay.

Great place to stay!

The only issue we had was finding it. Because the building is labeled Silverton. The door actually says Berkeley but you have to drive close to see it. There are signs in the back it’s but they are a bit confusing. We really enjoyed our stay here. The sofa beds are NOT comfortable. But showers are huge, the bathtub is amazing, the kitchen is well stocked with what you would need to cook. The walls are thin within the units but not so much that you can hear neighboring units. The room was clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay here again. All employees I encountered on the resort were very nice, professional and very helpful. This place has no room service, so if you need anything additional items (dishwasher tablets, detergent, toilet paper, etc) you have to go down to the front desk. But they are prompt and friendly when needing to do so.

What a great place to stay. I really enjoyed it being across the street from the Silverton Casino. The shuttle service was great; with very personable; knowledgeable drivers. One of the days the bus broke down and the driver shuttled us in his personal vehicle. Service like that is why I would always go to the Berkeley.

Elevator down

One of the elevators was out of service. It took 15 minutes to be able to have one stop at my floor. I couldn’t take the stairs due to a bad knee.

Called 2 days before to cancel got the run around, family members were sick & contagious , so needed to cancel. They still wouldn’t allow for the cancel.

The room 1107A was dirty, dusty, sticky counters, crusted spill on stovetop. No lamps worked, no tv’s worked, clock didn’t work, q-tip and pill on bathroom floor, poor water pressure, lukewarm shower and shredded towels. We called with complaints and requests for 2 days. They never sent anyone to check the breaker, or never fixed it. They brought “new” towels which they left on the dirty stained hallway ground outside of the door. The customer service was rude, acted like we were inconveniencing them to do their job & said only option was to contact Expedia.

Great off strip stay

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Berkley. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, off the strip but only a few minutes away and everything you need right in the same area. The hotel rooms were spacious and had a full kitchen and a washer and dryer which was convenient. The only negatives were the beds were not very comfy and seemed pretty outdated and even sunken in, and one of our two rooms was not very clean (used soap bar in the shower, fingernail clippings on the floor and a lot of hair on the floor) and had a weird smell at first. Even with they being said we would stay here again if wanting to stay off strip. The rooms are not adjoining, but share a main door/entry way so if booking two rooms and traveling with young children this would not be ideal as you cannot deadbolt or security lock the main door even if you have both rooms to yourself.

Rented studio apartment. Listing stated washer and dryer however for the studio apartments the washer and dryer are not in the units but on the fourth floor of the building ;we we're on the fiftheen floor. Toaster was defective got another on the same day . Battery safe was low got that replaced on the same day however you needed to be in unit. Also dishwasher was defective tried it twice after a full cycle the dishes were still uncleaned. The bed and pillows we're very uncomfortable.The staff at the front desk were nice and polite.
