My stay at the Berkeley was very good. The only complaint I would have is there was only a half roll of toilet tissue in both of the rooms. Housekeeping should put extra toilet paper under the bathroom cabinets.

The property's windows were extremely dirty. We had very limited.towels and tissue and all other amenities and could not get more because customer service or housekeeping was never reachable then they invited us to a timeshare presentation that was very very intimidating. Then, i tried to use the iron only to learn their outleta were blocked ao you couldnt plugnin anything which left me ironing with this huge ironing board in a very uncomfortable position. Then, the ice machine didnt work in the fridge. Then, we used the washer and dryer. They did supply us with some detergent and a dryer sheet but it was so old i think it had lost scent. Or maybe it was unscented? I dont know. All i know is, i wont be back.
