I went here 2 weeks before our stay and asked about the room details. The front desk lady told me the superior room has a microwave & fridge so that's what I booked. I was only planning to book the cheapest room just wanted to try their hotel. On the day of the check-in, I called to confirm and found out that I was given incorrect information: our room doesn't have a microwave. That thing is vital for me because we have a special diet we need the microwave for our food. I was asked to call in 30 mins because the lady will ask the manager. Since I was given the wrong info I was hoping to put us in a room with a microwave and waive the fee for the inconvenience. When I called the very rude assistant manager instead of apologizing ask for an extra fee if I wanted a microwave, talked over me while I was explaining, and gave me a hard time, and Hotels.com canceled. She keeps on blaming me for booking a 3rd party which has nothing to do with the wrong information they gave that's why I booked the more expensive and yet wrong room. So we end up going. She's the one who was there when I checked in and is still rude but I don't want to ruin my day, so I'll just ignore her. Our sink was clogged and when we tried to call before 9 pm No one answers, and the water in the shower is on the lowest setting, which takes us a long time to finish the shower. Someone is knocking before 11 am and asking if we’re checking out its not even time to check out. We will never go back I hope the owner or

A smaller casino that was very fun. It was easy for me to get around with limited mobility. Gambling was great, food was even better. All the staff were friendly. The hotel was nice and clean. Very satisfied with Railroad Pass property.

The rooms were very very clean. No issues there at all. Wifi signal is super weak in the rooms, and that’s a large deal when travelling with a team of teenagers. The elevator was a little nerve wracking. Overall, very clean, quiet, good food options, would absolutely stay again.

The room and hotel service was great, but the cafe service was the worst i have eved experienced, the staff working on the graveyard shift was rude and unwelcoming, she yelled at us just for walking in stating we would have to wait for the cook and there was not one table clean and we had to wait until she cleaned all of them to be seated. I belive her name was Liz .
