The casino was filled with smoke so couldn't stay and eat at the restaurant. The elevator was rickety and the shower had mold in it. Paid for two nights in advance and only stayed the one night. The hotel messaged me right after check in and asked me if I needed anything so I advise them I would like a refund for the second night and never heard back from them.

Disgusting and gross!!! Will never stay here ir reccommend it to anyone!!! See attached pictures of the shower!!! So gross i had to shower with shoes on and felt disgusting even showering in there. The room smelled like old mold.

Only negative was the bathroom fan was extremely noisy, the bathtub grab bar was broken, tub drain not in correctly, and electrical outlet in bathroom didn’t work. I did report some of these to the desk agent at checkout. Also note that the LVT tile floors in hotels makes it very noisy in hallways. Thanks.

The service here was great! The room itself was very spacious and clean but there bathroom was not very clean and some of the handles and shelves were broke inside the shower, the shower floor was also scratched up so it was a little uncomfortable

Shower needs work!

Overall if was very comfortable, good bed, etc. The drawback was the shower, The soap dish holder was broken off which was a major pain plus the shower floor was very slick. I almost fell twice taking one shower.

Time for an upgrade

The hotel is very old and it shows. My first room had a very loud heater, the tv reception was sketchy, the safety latch on the door was non existent. I requested a different room and they did give me a room that was better. The shower in this one however was in desperate need of a good cleaning. I don’t normally give bad reviews but this place needs a serious upgrade.

Bad Smelling hotel

Huge rooms, you could fit like 20 ppl in there if needed, but very basic looking and it smelled bad. Smelled like shaayte.
