Always a pleasant experience

Room was very clean and had a great view upon arrival. When we went to use the bath tub, the hot water wasn’t working properly. Long story short we ended up having to switch rooms with a (not as great as the previous room view). But from beginning to end, the experience was ideal for the situation. The serviceman came out incredibly quick. He immediately knew this was not a quick fix. I got a call from the manager shortly after, and new keys sent up to my room all within 10 minutes. The managers compensation for the inconvenience was very much appreciated. I wish all issues were solved this way, so I didn’t mind it much. Overall I’d highly recommend. Went for a quick overnight with my teenage son, and he loved every bit of it, even the room switching fun lol.

Great location, close to the strip but not on it. Fantastic place to stay if you’re going to a raider game- the shuttle bus drops and picks you up right there!

First time there and would return.

Hotel resignation staff were friendly and very professional. Added resort fees at time of check-in, even for locals was a bit discouraging but didn't change my mind. Room was very clean and had a good view of city. Didn't feel rushed at time of check-out and room service staff where friendly. Not much options for food in casino or hotel especially for picky eaters, recommend getting food before check-in. Besides extra fees and deposit at registration price through third party was good.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The different bars and restaurant offerings were enjoyable, but the casino bars were not the best in terms of customer service.. Almost like they were doing us a favor by asking for our drink order after 15 minutes of pretending to be busy in a fairly vacant bar..

Stayed at the M for a family reunion. It was away from the craziness of the strip and the casino was not crazy crowded which we appreciated. This is a fabulous hotel and the restaurants are excellent. We had a small issue with our room which was dealt with. Overall great experience. I'll be back.
