Property desperately needs updates as it is a shell of its former glory when it was managed by Ritz Carlton. I visited with my service dog and the front desk staff were harried, put out signs to strictly enforce 4pm check in. Front door was rarely staffed. Not sure why didn’t the handicapped door assisted opening buttons worked properly during this visit.

We love this property! It’s beautiful, the staff is always very welcoming and friendly. I like to stay off the strip but feel like we are on vacation still. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be off the strip and have a great experience. Oh and the Westin has a clean, fresh smell I love!

We came to Henderson for a baseball tournament, this property was beautiful with lots to do and see. I would love to come back when it’s warm!

Beautiful with issues

The resort is beautiful but they had only one pool open and it was heated to only 73. No jacuzzi or hot tub. None of that was listed as an issue when I booked the room. The fire features are too far away from the seating to provide warmth. Paying a resort fee is insane when you cannot use any resort features.
