Sheets came completely loose on bed, TP holder in very awkward position, kids running up and down the hall and then the man in the room next to us literally talked ALL NIGHT LONG whom we could hear quite clearly. The lobby stunk of cigarettes and was loud with all the casino slot games noise. When we arrived it was hard to locate the hotel registration desk and the parking g was not convenient. Only one elevator was working to guest rooms. Terrible hotel - not worth the money and we will never stay here again.

The beds are very uncomfortable especially in room 446 feels like there’s a hole in the middle of it! At very least should be able to upgrade your mattresses and bathrooms have some shelf space make them bigger come on Santa Fe you can do better.
