We had a wonderful stay and experience. The pool was perfect for our needs. The house itself was great! Very comfortable and easy to get around for my elderly mother. The alarm system, TV, air conditioning and more are simple to understand and work. Clean and well equipped bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. The location was a nice fit for our needs, close to where we were going and easy to get around on the roads. Wonderful stay away from home!!!

SO frustrated with this listing and the Evolve/VRBO process of communicating. My husband had emergency back surgery a week before our scheduled stay. I tried to reach out to change or refund our stay and got nowhere. So difficult to even get to talk with anyone and they would not reach out the owners. Communication was difficult via email or text with no reply, and phone calls resulted in getting someone who was very hard to understand.

The host was responsive. The home had some issues, repaired wall in kitchen, numerous broken chairs and the microwave didn't work. The home was fairly clean and comfortable. Master bed was super comfy. The approach from the busy street was stressful during busy times of the day. The overall location had good access to a lot of shopping.

The house was perfect for our 5-member family. Very clean home. Bathrooms were stocked with everything you would need for soap and shampoo/conditioner needs. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, etc...There is only a coffee pot (no Keurig) but we still made coffee with fresh grounds we purchased and it was delicious. A/C (very important for Vegas in Summer) was easy to use and cooled very quickly. Local neighborhood Walmart down the street. If you want, several places to eat in close proximity. We chose to cook breakfast and dinners at the house and never felt we were missing anything. The pool - now that was heaven!!! We all enjoyed the pool and the toys that were provided! I will say, slightly warm for my liking during summer but non-the-less, we all loved it!

Updated modern house centrally located

The property is beautiful. It has been recently updated and includes lots of modern technology. It is located on a busy road, but the house/windows are well insulated. Other than an occasional motorcycle, we barely heard any traffic noise inside. The house was well-appointed with amenities like shampoo, body wash and conditioner. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice family house off the strip

This house was perfect for our family of 5 adults, because we wanted to visit Vegas but not be directly on the strip. The road was busy, but once you’re in the house it’s much less noticeable. The house was clean and well maintained, and had everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect for a family vacation

We were in town to visit with family and this house was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and a great layout. It was super clean and offered so many amenities. They kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the coffee as we arrived late in the evening on day one. Everyone had plenty of space. The beds were also extremely comfortable. We watched sunrise every morning and its beautiful from the back patio. Definitely a must see. Its a perfect distance, we felt, from the hustle and bustle, to have a quiet vacation but yet close enough to see all of the fun attractions. Would definitely recommend!
