They assigned us a smoking room that smelled beyond disgusting. The manager refused to change our room even though we offered to pay extra for the change. He told us we should’ve read the fine print on the terms and conditions even though the description did not say anything about smoking. Very rude and lacked customers service. We ended up leaving since he threatened with security after I refused to leave the front desk unless I got a change.

Check in and Check out was a breeze with the online option. This place had everything so no need to leave the premises. Which we didn’t, that’s why I couldn’t adequately rate the surrounding area. We didn’t use the pool either, no time with a 1 night stay for a wedding. Apparently the Oyster bar is great, the line was always ridiculously at all different times of the day. It smelled amazing, but we didn’t have the patience for the line and there tons of other options. Staff at Lindo Michoacán was excellent and food and prices pretty good!

Had a very nice clean room. Had no problem asking for extra towels and pillows. They brought them about 5 minutes later, very quick. It was very nice to have a sink both in the bathroom and outside the bathroom.

Every employee was very friendly and kind. The place was so clean from the casino to the rooms. I have stayed on the strip and downtown and here you were treated like a person not like just give me your money. This hotel will be my to go to when I visit again. Great reasonable prices for everything. I can tell they care about their employees by the way they work as a team and how they treat their customers was outstanding. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience.
