The room was nice and decent for being an older hotel the room elevators were convenient and close to the main entrance. It was close to the downtown outdoor shopping center and convention center. The staff was helpful and friendly

We preferred to stay off the Strip and this hotel was a great choice. The price and amenities were excellent. Nice room with daily housekeeping. We felt very safe and there were great options for dining. We are most meals at the Brass Fork and the prices, food and service were excellent.

When I checked into my hotel room, the room had not been cleaned. The bathroom was dirty and the towels were dirty. Hair was in the sinks and on the towels. I checked in late and had to sleep in a dirty room. Also, the mattresses are old, lumpy, like an elephant slept on them. When I requested a room change, they refused because I purchased my stay through Expedia. They wanted to charge me $400.00 for the first night, if I purchased directly at the hotel, even though my room was dirty and already paid for via Expedia. They did, however, clean my room the next day and daily for the remainder of my stay. But the mattresses were terrible and should have been replaced a long time ago. I guess when you make reservations through companies like Expedia, they give you the worst rooms in the hotel. Our purchases and money should be honored in the same way as other guests. I didn’t know this was the case.
